Data Deletion

If you logged in to Sellzy with Facebook

1. Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Find Sellzy and choose Remove.
3. Facebook sends us a deletion request and gives you a confirmation code. We delete the data tied to that login automatically; you can check the status on this page with the code.

If you messaged a shop that uses Sellzy

Email info@sellzybd.com with the shop's name and your phone number or Facebook name. We delete your conversation and the details in it within 30 days and inform the shop.

If you are a merchant

Email info@sellzybd.com from your account's email address and ask us to delete your account. We delete your stores, products, conversations and orders, except billing records the law requires us to keep.
