By accessing the Sellzy platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our AI systems are designed for BD merchants to automate sales — any misuse for spam or illegal activity will result in immediate termination.
2. AI Service Provision
Sellzy provides autonomous AI agents powered by Gemini 2.0. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in every human-like conversation.

3. Subscription & Refills
Our Tier-based pricing is billed monthly. Refill packs for messages carry over for 90 days from purchase.
Fair Usage Policy
Abuse of the AI model through rapid-fire meaningless prompts or bot-attacks will result in automated circuit-breaking to protect our server resources.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sellzy is not liable for business losses arising from AI misinterpretations, courier delays, or Facebook API outages. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for your current monthly subscription.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes will be settled via arbitration in Dhaka.
